4. 禁运物品 / Prohibited Items

以下物品本公司不接受运输（包括但不限于）：

• 易燃、易爆、腐蚀性、放射性等危险品；

• 毒品、麻醉药品及精神药品；

• 武器、弹药及仿真武器；

• 货币、有价证券、金银珠宝等贵重物品；

• 动植物及其制品（符合检疫规定的除外）；

The following items are not accepted for transportation (including but not limited to):

• Flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive, and other dangerous goods;

• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and controlled drugs;

• Weapons, ammunition, and imitation weapons;

• Currency, negotiable securities, gold, silver, jewelry, and other valuables;

• Animals, plants, and their products (except those meeting quarantine requirements);

• Any other items prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country or region.

5. 服务流程 / Service Process

6. 运输时效与责任 / Transportation Time and Liability

运输时效为预估时间，实际时效可能受海关查验、天气、节假日、不可抗力等因素影响而延长。对于因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、战争、罢工、政府行为、海关查验等）导致的延误或损失，本公司不承担赔偿责任，但将尽力协助用户处理。
Transportation time is estimated and may be extended due to customs inspection, weather, holidays, force majeure, or other factors. We shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, customs inspections, etc.), but will make reasonable efforts to assist users.

7. 支付与费用 / Payment and Fees

本公司服务费用根据运输方案确定，支付方式为线下支付，包括但不限于银行电汇（Wire Transfer）等。用户需在双方约定的时间内完成支付，逾期可能影响服务安排。
Our service fees are determined based on the transportation plan. Payment shall be made offline, including but not limited to wire transfer. Users shall complete payment within the time agreed by both parties; delays may affect service arrangements.

8. 赔偿责任 / Compensation Liability

运输过程中如发生货物丢失或损坏，赔偿责任标准以双方签订的具体运输协议为准。用户可选择购买货物运输保险，以覆盖潜在风险。建议用户对高价值货物进行投保。
In the event of loss or damage to goods during transportation, the compensation standard shall be governed by the specific transportation agreement signed by both parties. Users may purchase cargo transportation insurance to cover potential risks. We recommend that users insure high-value goods.

9. 争议解决 / Dispute Resolution

因本服务条款或运输服务引起的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决。协商不成的，双方同意以签订的具体运输协议中约定的争议解决方式为准。
