1. 适用范围 / Scope of Application
本赔偿政策适用于深圳市澳德迈实业有限公司(以下简称“我们”或“本公司”)提供的物流运输服务。赔偿标准及责任认定以双方签订的具体运输协议为准。
This Refund Policy applies to the logistics and transportation services provided by Shenzhen Aodomai Industrial Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The compensation standards and liability determination shall be governed by the specific transportation agreement signed by both parties.
2. 赔偿范围 / Scope of Compensation
在运输过程中,因本公司操作失误导致以下情形发生的,可根据运输协议约定申请赔偿:

货物丢失:经确认货物在运输途中发生丢失

货物损坏:货物在运输途中发生物理损坏(因货物本身属性或包装不当导致的除外)
以下情形不属于赔偿范围:

因不可抗力(自然灾害、战争、罢工、海关查验、政府行为等)导致的损失
-
因用户申报不实、瞒报、错报导致的损失
-
禁运物品或违规物品被扣押、没收或销毁
-
货物本身自然属性导致的损耗、变质、腐烂
-
包装不当导致的损坏
-
运输时效延误(除非运输协议中有明确时效承诺)
Compensation may be claimed under the following circumstances caused by our operational errors during transportation, as stipulated in the transportation agreement:

Loss of Goods: Confirmed loss of goods during transit

Damage to Goods: Physical damage to goods during transit (excluding damage due to inherent product nature or improper packaging)
The following circumstances are not eligible for compensation:

Losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, customs inspections, government actions, etc.)

Losses caused by inaccurate, false, or omitted declarations by the user
-
Prohibited or non-compliant items that are seized, confiscated, or destroyed
-
Spoilage, deterioration, or decay due to the inherent nature of the goods
-
Damage caused by improper packaging
-
Transit time delays (unless a specific delivery timeframe was guaranteed in the transportation agreement)
3. 索赔流程 / Claim Procedure
如发生货物丢失或损坏,用户需按以下流程提出索赔:

4. 索赔时效 / Claim Time Limit
索赔申请需在以下期限内提出,逾期可能不予受理:

货物丢失:应发运之日起30日内提出

货物损坏:签收之日起7日内提出,并提供损坏照片及签收凭证
Claims must be submitted within the following time limits; claims submitted after such limits may not be accepted:

Loss of Goods: Within 30 days from the date of shipment

Damage to Goods: Within 7 days from the date of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damage and proof of delivery
5. 赔偿责任上限 / Limitation of Liability
除非运输协议中另有明确约定,赔偿责任上限为:

已购买保险的货物:以保险公司的理赔金额为准
-
未购买保险的货物:以双方签订的运输协议中约定的赔偿标准为准
我们建议用户对高价值货物购买运输保险,以覆盖潜在风险。
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the transportation agreement, the limitation of liability shall be:

For insured goods: Subject to the compensation amount determined by the insurance company

For uninsured goods: Subject to the compensation standard agreed in the transportation agreement signed by both parties
We recommend that users purchase cargo transportation insurance for high-value goods to cover potential risks.
6. 争议解决 / Dispute Resolution
因运输服务或赔偿事宜产生的任何争议,双方应首先友好协商解决。协商不成的,以双方签订的具体运输协议中约定的争议解决方式为准。
Any dispute arising from transportation services or compensation matters shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute resolution method agreed in the specific transportation agreement shall prevail.
7. 条款修改 / Changes to This Policy
我们保留根据业务发展或法律法规变化随时修改本赔偿政策的权利。任何修改将在本页面公布,并更新“最后更新日期”。建议您定期查阅。
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time in response to business developments or changes in laws and regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
