2. 运输方式 / Shipping Methods

根据客户需求及货物特性，我们可灵活安排以下运输方式：

• 空运：时效较快，适用于高价值或时效要求较高的货物

• 海运：成本优化，适用于大批量、非紧急货物

• 快递：DHL、UPS、FedEx等国际快递渠道

• 集运：多件货物合并发运，降低单件成本

3. 运输时效 / Transit Time

运输时效因目的地、运输方式、清关情况及季节因素而异，不同路线时效差异较大。具体时效将在报价时根据实际情况与客户确认，并以双方签订的运输协议为准。

请注意：以下因素可能导致时效延长，但不构成违约：

• 海关查验及清关延误

• 恶劣天气、自然灾害等不可抗力

• 节假日或物流高峰期

• 目的地国家政策变动

Transit time varies depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and seasonal factors. Specific transit times will be confirmed with customers during quotation and shall be governed by the transportation agreement signed by both parties.

Please note that the following factors may cause delays without constituting a breach:

• Customs inspection and clearance delays

• Force majeure events such as severe weather or natural disasters

• Holidays or peak shipping seasons

• Policy changes in the destination country

4. 清关与税费 / Customs Clearance and Taxes

客户需确保委托运输的物品符合中国及目的地国家的进出口法律法规。

• 清关责任：我们将协助安排清关服务，但最终清关结果以当地海关判定为准

• 关税与税费：根据目的地国家的规定，可能产生进口关税、增值税等费用，通常由收件人承担。具体以当地海关要求为准

Customers shall ensure that the goods consigned comply with the import and export laws and regulations of China and the destination country.

• Customs Clearance: We will assist in arranging customs clearance, but the final clearance result is subject to the decision of the local customs authorities

• Duties and Taxes: Import duties, VAT, or other fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Such costs are generally borne by the recipient, subject to local customs requirements

5. 禁运与限制物品 / Prohibited and Restricted Items

部分物品可能因目的地国家法规限制而无法运输，或需提供额外文件。请在委托运输前与我们确认物品的可运输性。常见禁运物品包括但不限于：

• 危险品（易燃、易爆、腐蚀性、放射性等）

• 毒品及麻醉药品

• 武器弹药

• 货币及有价证券

• 动植物及其制品（符合检疫规定的除外）

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited by destination country regulations, or may require additional documentation. Please confirm the transportability of your goods with us before consignment. Common prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive, etc.)

• Narcotics and psychotropic substances

• Weapons and ammunition

• Currency and negotiable securities

• Animals, plants, and their products (except those meeting quarantine requirements)
